You know what I hate about males?

The unnecessary self-pity.

They go on and on about the stupid friend zone and how they hate it there.

Do you realize you put yourself there?

Yes, girls put you there sometimes.

But majority of the time your screwing yourselves over.
You should have no right to complain about the things you force upon yourself.

Do you know how many girls are potentially in love with you?
Do you know how many girls lay awake at night listening to some sappy t-swift song because it reminds them of you?
Do you know how many girls sit there at their desk during math class drawing your name in some stupid little heart?
Do you know how many girls hang on to every word you say and put every little fact about you in some deep dark part of their brain for future reference?
Do you know how many girls spill tears over your idiocy?

Of course you don't.

Do you want to know why?

Because guys have these super high unreasonable standards that just shouldn't be attainable.
If you want a hot super-model girlfriend, either go buy yourself a Barbie or some blow- up doll.

Because in reality girls are not perfect. I'm not saying this being rude. It’s true we are not perfect. But it's the way it should be.
We're emotional, we shop too much, care too much about our looks, we coo over puppies.

But we are all perfect in our own ways.

But guys have high expectations and overlook the ordinary everyday girl next door type.

Do you know how sick we get of hearing: "sure I like you, but as a friend”? Or how about “all we are is friends”?

So not to sound like a parrot and continually repeat myself;

Maybe you should put aside your pointless self-pity, take a step back and take a look at the girl living next door; maybe she's your best friend.
Maybe she's the girl sitting near you on the bus but far enough away to avoid your eyes.
Maybe she's the girl sitting on the bleachers.
Maybe she has the locker beside yours but your too busy talking about some hot collage girl you met at some party last weekend, to notice her.

Stop complaining about the friend zone, "grow a pair" and realize that for every girl who put you in the "friend zone" there is probably three more wishing you could love them.
Love them the way they love you, they would probably be happy with even just being loved half of the amount they love you.
